Valley’s next Community Recycling Event is Saturday, April 18, in Valley’s SW Laurelwood parking lot. From 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., you will be able to drop off books/media and games, kid’ clothes for the BSD, textiles, athletic shoes, pet supplies, luggage/duffels and backpacks for foster kids, toiletries/socks/blankets for the vets, medical equipment, plastic film, cans and bottles, and non-perishable food. Paper shredding will be in the AAA parking lot as well as furniture/household goods and electronic recycling.
